Miller Sands opens its doors
Cllr Jim Stewart, Chairman of South Cambridgeshire District Council has today opened Miller Sands new offices, Regent House, Impington. He said, “I was very pleased to open these offices. Miller Sands are one of the few solicitors that focus purely on the individual’s needs; property matters, family law and wills, trusts and probate. They are able to provide a purely independent point of view. Having been established in Cambridge for over 100 years they have built an excellent reputation. The new offices will enable them to take full advantage of all the technological advances”.
Julian Landy, Senior Partner of Miller Sands said, “I am delighted with our new offices they provide us with state of the art facilities, including contemporary ground floor meeting rooms, to benefit both clients and our staff. We have to take advantage of all the technological advances to meet our clients’ needs. Many legal transactions are now carried out over the internet. But we recognise that dealing with legal issues can be daunting and we like to meet our clients. Most clients will be making one of the most important decisions of their lives. The new offices provide ease of access, and on-site parking.
A major factor in deciding upon the move has been the congestion in Cambridge city centre and the threat of the congestion charge. Our clients and staff will avoid the congestion charge, if and when it appears, save time, and parking costs.”
